1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the nustargames.com website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). 3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on nustargames.com. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. nustargames.com is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustargames.com username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify nustargames.com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. nustargames.com will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

nustargames.com is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by nustargames.com for KYC purposes, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on nustargames.com are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through approved payment methods, which include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your nustargames.com account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. nustargames.com reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the source if the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full.

4.4 Prohibited Payment Methods

The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on nustargames.com and must not be used for deposits or withdrawals: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card gambling deposits (which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nustargames.com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• nustargames.com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on nustargames.com use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by nustargames.com or any third party.

Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. nustargames.com is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, nustargames.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. nustargames.com's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nustargames.com and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with nustargames.com's software, systems, or games.
• Using nustargames.com for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial transaction.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Accessing nustargames.com from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your nustargames.com account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on nustargames.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of nustargames.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use nustargames.com solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from nustargames.com without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of nustargames.com's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustargames.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the nustargames.com platform or Services.

nustargames.com does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall nustargames.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nustargames.com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

nustargames.com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Conduct that nustargames.com reasonably believes is harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding violations exist.

You may close your nustargames.com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12. Privacy

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact nustargames.com's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. nustargames.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.
